Java Spring Boot Developer Job Summary Synechron is looking for a Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable backend solutions for enterprise and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java expertise, experience with modern backend frameworks, and the ability to work in Agile, fast‑paced client delivery environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build high‑quality, resilient, and performance‑driven backend systems that support mission‑critical business applications, primarily in BFSI and enterprise domains. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java Build scalable and high‑performance applications using modern Java frameworks Contribute to end‑to‑end backend development across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Collaborate with architects, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, reviews, and retrospectives Stay abreast of emerging technologies and continuously improve engineering practices Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Core Java Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
