Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP Business Management and Economics teacher to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with IB standards. The candidate should foster critical thinking, real-world application, and inquiry-based learning among students.Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for IBDP Business Management and Economics.Design learning experiences aligned with the IB curriculum framework.Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE).Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.Encourage analytical thinking, research skills, and real-world application of concepts.Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.Participate in school meetings, professional development, and IB training programs.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.Eligibility Criteria: Education: Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in IB DP.Strong understanding of IB curriculum, assessments, and pedagogy.Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Strong subject knowledge in Business Management and Economics.Ability to mentor students for research-based work (IA/EE).Tech-savvy with experience in digital teaching tools.Passion for inquiry-based and student-centered learning.Preferred: IB training/certification in DP Business Management and/or Economics.Experience in international or IB schools.
