Role & responsibilities- 2D drawing & CAD data review for products manufacturing feasibility analysis.- RFQ preparation considering MS/ES specifications.- Project kick-off with supplier & finalizing key manufacturing process & development timelines.- Tool trials at vendor end along with products joint fitment activity on actual vehicle.- APQP, PPAP & test reports review for submission to relevant team.- Process audit for each item to verify manufacturing process & RFQ requirements.- Periodic system audit at all vendors.- Final product representation on vehicle for evaluation by management.- Initial supplies for 3 months post completion of development to streamline the supply chain network.Preferred candidate profile- Should have knowledge of 2D drawings, RFQ/RFP preparation, PU, PVC material awareness.- Preferable knowledge of raw material selection, stitching process & manufacturing, value engineering, vendor assessment audits, etc.- Negotiate well with all stake-holders for execution of specified task as per plan without compromising quality of the task.- Attention to detail for qualitative output.- Excellent communication skills for better understanding with all associations.- An associate should have relevant experience of 45 years working in automobile accessories development.- Preferred - Female candidatesIf interested, Kindly share your CV on and mention below details:Total Years of ExperienceCurrent CTCExpected CTCNotice periodHometown & Current location
