A Leading MNC is looking for a Senior MD to Lead and Grow the Operations for them. We are looking for someone : - Should have led Banking Operations and have grown th team from scratch. Should be currently handling team of atleast 1000 + FTEs - Should be direclty working with the International Stakeholders and focus on getting business in India and grow the center as a whole.- Cost Optimization, Transformation and growth should have been an integral part of the previous roles performed- The incumbent should be having atleast 22 + years of experience with solid pedigree from leading B Schools.
