Vertiv India is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment initiatives and redefine the landscape of talent acquisition.\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: \n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\n\n- Forge Cooperative Relationships: Build robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, elevating the visibility of our Recruitment Team through proactive engagement.\n- Strategic Direction: Craft and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside our team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at Vertiv.\n- Innovative Solutions: Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting.\n- Streamlined Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy.\n- Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights.\n- Creative Sourcing: Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation.\n- Exceptional Support: Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.\n- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications: \n\n- A master's degree or MBA related to Human Resource is preferred.\n- Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in recruitment, handling permanent roles.\n- Min of 6 years of progressive Recruiting experience with solid exposure in Head hunting, Passive sourcing, Social Media Recruiting.\n- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively liaise with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach.\n- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.\n- Strategic Insight: Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.\n- Industry Acumen: Sound understanding of market sectors, competitors, and adept problem-solving and negotiation skills.\n- Professional Acumen: Project professionalism, influence at all levels, and network within large client sites.\n- Resilience and Drive: A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions.\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\n- On-Site Proficiency: Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands.\n- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.\n\nTime Travel Needed: \n\n- TBC\n
