Job Description - Oversee financial operations, including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. - Ensure accuracy of financial records and drive adherence to company's financial policies and accounting standards (US GAAP, Indian GAAP). - Manage SEZ activities such as endorsements, bill of entry filings, periodic returns, and compliance with SEZ regulations. - Partner with business and site leadership to analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making. - Lead the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and corporate submissions. - Drive financial control, discipline, and continuous process improvement across the site. - Manage audits (internal, statutory, and SOX) and maintain proper documentation and compliance. - Handle inter-company transactions and ensure timely reconciliations. - Collaborate with shared service centers (GFS, CoE) to streamline financial processes. - Oversee team performance, build capability, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. - Support cost optimization, efficiency initiatives, and achievement of site financial targets. - Represent finance in SEZ-related audits, filings, and liaison with customs authorities. - Ensure timely clearance and endorsements of incoming and outgoing materials and capital goods. - Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to interact across all organizational levels. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Manager - Finance should have: - A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, CPA, or equivalent. - Female Candidate only. - 8-10 Years of Experience - Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. - Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. - Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a finance team. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
