- Spearhead the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Utilize your proficiency in spoken Kannada to effectively communicate with local candidates and employees.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills to track and analyze recruitment data and employee information.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Utilize your strong negotiation skills to handle salary discussions and contract agreements with potential candidates.
