Qualifications:

  • BAMS, BHMS, BDS, BPT, B. Pharm, Nursing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and technologies
  • Prior experience in auto-casualty claims processing (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Role: Medical Records Summarizer

Responsibilities:

  • Review extensive medical records related to casualty claims
  • Create concise summaries using predefined templates in accordance with process guidelines
  • Summaries will include:
  • Prior injuries
  • Diagnoses
  • Treatments
  • Provider details
  • Diagnostic information

Purpose of the Role:

  • Support Claims Adjusters in evaluating the severity and nature of injuries
  • Facilitate accurate and efficient claim evaluation and settlement
