We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager to join the Global Deal Team. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with the Investment Team to drive deal execution, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to FCG’s growth and play a key role in the financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilties
Deal Execution
- Review and analyze client financial statements and business performance
- Develop client business overviews and Investment Memorandums (IMs)
- Build and maintain financial models (3-way: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
- Coordinate lender interactions and support deal closure processes
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across FCG’s product offerings
- Stay updated on market trends and financing solutions
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Marketing, etc.) for seamless execution
- Support client engagement strategies and deal pipeline growth
Administration & Reporting
- Manage project plans and ensure adherence to internal SLAs
- Maintain accurate deal data on project management systems
- Provide insights and reporting for ongoing deals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- CFA / CA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong financial modelling and financial analysis skills
- Expertise in preparing investment/credit/marketing documents
- Understanding of valuation methods (DCF, multiples-based) – preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team-driven environments
