Job Summary
The Marketing Technology Platform team is dedicated to managing and executing within the enterprise digital marketing technology platforms and associated services as well as consulting with stakeholders to enable a broad set of business goals using digital marketing technologies. The Tagging & Analytics Implementation, Analyst 2 provides strategy, consultation, execution, and administration of our analytics implementation through Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
Essential Job Functions
- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics solutions through Adobe Launch/Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection to capture detailed and actionable data across digital platforms in the Adobe framework. Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytics implementations in both staging and production environments to ensure accurate data collection. - (35%)
- Ability to leverage technical requirements to perform the integration of new analytics technologies and data assets. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation. Partner with internal engineers/developers to update the data layer, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - (30%)
- Investigate and resolve Adobe Analytics reporting issues related to tagging. Work with Adobe Client Care to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Adobe Analytics platform. - (10%)
- Implement 3rd party marketing pixels (e.g., Bing, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta) and tool integrations (e.g., Medallia, Decibel, OneTrust). - (15%)
- Develop strong business relationships with internal clients, IT, UX, Analytics, Compliance, Information Security and Marketing teams. Maintain a standardized approach to data tagging and tracking to support robust and consistent analytics reporting. - (10%)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in roles focused on designing and implementing analytics solutions and digital tagging implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Information Systems or Marketing or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 3+ years Experience with Adobe Analytics or other analytics platforms (Google Analytics), Adobe Launch or other Tag Management Systems (e.g., Tealium, Google Tag Manager, etc) and a clear grasp of digital analytics architectures.
