Deep Consumer Experience Leadership: Extensive experience building and scaling high-volume, consumer-facing experiences in tech world, with strong intuition for trust, transparency, and usability.
AI-First Product Thinking: Experience applying AI/ML to consumer and operational workflows (e.g., guidance, automation, decisioning, personalization) to improve outcomes, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Strong Platform & Systems Mindset: Proven track record designing scalable, extensible platforms that power multiple consumer experiences and workflows, balancing long-term architecture with near-term delivery.
High Technical Acumen: Comfortable driving architectural discussions with engineering on APIs, data models, workflow orchestration, and system trade-offs; able to translate technical complexity into clear product strategy.
Strategic & Enterprise Influence: Demonstrated ability to shape product direction beyond a single team, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple PMs and teams around a cohesive consumer experience vision.
Thought Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to coach and mentor PMs, raise product thinking standards, and drive consistency in consumer experience strategy across an organization—without direct people management.
Challenger Mentality: Willingness to question legacy approaches and drive simplification in complex, regulated environments through data, customer insight, and strong narrative.
Outcome-Driven Execution: Strong ownership mindset with a history of delivering measurable customer and business impact across multi-quarter initiatives.
