- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Experience of 6 months to 1+ years
- Excellent Sourcing Skills
- Good knowledge of resume screening
- Working experience on any ATS software is a plus (We are using Zoho - Recruit)
- Knowledge of Naukri & LinkedIn job boards is added advantage
- Good communication skills
