Job Title Manager - Fire Safety Summary Key Responsibilities Physical Security o Inspect test operate and maintain fire safety equipment and systems using hand tools hydrostatic test equipment and monitoring devices o Coordinate with OE AMC service providers for major maintenance repair and replacement of fire safety system parts o Conduct daily monitoring and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment and systems o Carry out periodic testing and inspections of fire protection systems to ensure functionality and compliance o Assist in fire safety inspections mock drills and emergency response activities o Develop implement and monitor health safety plans in compliance with statutory regulations o Prepare and enforce safety policies to foster a culture of health safety and compliance within the workplace o Evaluate existing processes facilities and practices to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements o Conduct awareness programs training sessions and presentations on fire safety accident prevention and occupational health practices o Monitor compliance with safety standards laws and organizational policies by inspecting employees machinery and operations o Investigate incidents accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures o Prepare reports on safety performance compliance status incident statistics and improvement initiatives o Recommend continuous improvements in safety systems policies and procedures INCO Cushman Wakefield
