This role sits within Global Infrastructure Deployment, Cloud & Connectivity Engineering and acts as a focal point for end-to-end delivery, governance, and performance across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The individual will balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring visibility, control, and continuous improvement across the Peering delivery portfolio\nWhat you will do\n\n- Deliver Peering programmes, projects, and BAU activities within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and cost tolerances.\n- Support Platform Leads and subject matter experts in building Peering expansion strategies, delivery pipelines, and high-level plans.\n- Define delivery approaches, agree RACI models, and establish robust high-level plans for assigned initiatives.\n- Allocate workloads across virtual teams including planners, circuit writers, field engineers, and NOC engineers, retaining end-to-end accountability for outcomes.\n- Set, track, and manage KPIs and performance targets across delivery teams and partners.\n- Maintain overall visibility through high-level plans, BRAG status, RAID logs, and CAPEX/OPEX tracking, including cost optimisation opportunities.\n- Ensure full compliance with PMO governance, standards, and reporting requirements.\n- Own the creation, maintenance, and presentation of delivery artefacts, reports, portals, databases, Power Apps, and dashboards.\n\nCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including Platforms, Operations, Finance, VCI, COP, OpCos, vendors, and colocation partners\nWho you are\n\n- An experienced delivery professional with a strong track record of leading complex telecoms programmes and projects end to end.\n- Confident working with third-party suppliers, colocation providers, and vendors, with sound commercial awareness.\n- Knowledgeable in IP network architecture and build, with the ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into effective delivery journeys.\n- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, able to independently assess risks, issues, and trade-offs while balancing short- and long-term impacts.\n- A explicit and inclusive communicator, comfortable operating across multinational and multicultural environments.\n- Experienced in project management methodologies, ideally supported by PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification or training.\n- Proficient in delivery tooling and collaboration platforms such as MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\n\n- Opportunity to work on globally significant Peering programmes within a leading international telecommunications organisation.\n- Exposure to senior stakeholders across Vodafone Group and partner markets.\n- A hybrid working model based in Pune, supporting flexibility and work–life balance.\n\nThe chance to contribute to transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that shape future network delivery\nWhat skills you will learn\n\n- Advanced portfolio-level delivery management across global telecom platforms.\n- Financial governance skills including CAPEX/OPEX control and cost optimisation.\n- Enhanced stakeholder influencing across technical, commercial, and operational domains.\n- Practical application of automation, reporting, and dashboarding tools to improve delivery transparency.\n\n<< div=""/>
