Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Client Servicing Executive to act as a liaison between the agency and clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.This is a one-month freelance contract role, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for day-to-day coordination.- Understand client brands, objectives, and campaign requirements to support effective execution.- Coordinate with creative, media, content, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.- Assist in planning campaign calendars, pitches, and execution strategies.- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and task prioritization to ensure smooth workflow management.- Share regular updates with clients regarding deliverables, timelines, and campaign progress.- Conduct basic industry, trend, and competitor research to support campaign planning.- Assist with reports, social media performance tracking, and documentation of meeting notes/action points.- Ensure adherence to internal timelines and maintain efficient communication across teams.Preferred Skills & Experience- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, social media, or agency coordination roles.- Prior agency experience will be preferred.- Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and media amplification.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
