This role is central to delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in Pathology for Allied Health Science (AHS) programs in alignment with the RGUHS curriculum. - Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective theory and practical classes in Pathology for AHS programs as per the RGUHS curriculum. - Develop and implement structured lesson plans, teaching aids, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools in compliance with university guidelines. - Conduct student evaluations, maintain internal assessments, and ensure accurate documentation of academic records as required by RGUHS. - Mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and skill development initiatives. - Stay current with advancements in Pathology and integrate cutting-edge teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. - Support student recruitment efforts through counseling sessions, orientation programs, and academic outreach activities. Requirements- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pathology (BSc or MSc). - 2 to 6 years of relevant teaching or clinical experience in Pathology. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality instruction in both theoretical and practical settings. - Strong understanding of the RGUHS curriculum and academic standards. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Demonstrated commitment to student development and academic excellence.
