Responsibilities:- Inventory Management:- Assisting with taking inventory- Managing files and data entry related to inventory- Assisting with replenishment of key items and voicing inventory concerns- Merchandising & Visuals:- Assisting with product displays and ensuring proper presentation- Learning about product placement and store layouts- Assisting with creating visual merchandising plans- Trend Research:- Assisting with researching current and emerging trends- Supporting designers and buyers with trend analysis- Sales Support:- Assist with sales floor support, answering customer questions- Administrative Support:- Managing email correspondence- Preparing reports for the buyer- Organizing and managing samples, products, and materials- Other:- Participating in team meetings and presentations- Learning about the buying process and seasonal planning- Working closely with buyers and designers- Assisting with other merchandising tasks as assignedSkills and Qualifications:- Strong organizational skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Basic computer skills- Passion for fashion and retail- Ability to work in a quick-paced environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
