Our skilled team works towards creating safer and more efficient mobility solutions for domestic and global markets.\nDepartment: Quality Assurance Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced skilled with strong knowledge in IATF 16949 and ISO standards to handle internal and external audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems.\nKey Responsibilities: Conduct and manage internal audits as per IATF 16949 / ISO standards\nCoordinate and support external audits (certification & customer audits)\nEnsure compliance with all quality management system (QMS) requirements\nIdentify non-conformities and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)\nMaintain audit documentation, reports, and records Lead process improvements based on audit findings\nTrain employees on quality standards and audit requirements\nLiaise with certification bodies and customers regarding audit activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quality / Relevant field\nCertification in IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in IATF / ISO audits\nExperience in manufacturing / automotive industry preferred Skills Required: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards\nGood understanding of QMS, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis\nExcellent documentation and reporting skills\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking Preferred Skills: Experience in handling customer audits Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) Familiarity with audit tools and quality software Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate
