ey Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and company culture.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all recruitment practices follow UK employment laws and GDPR legislation.
- Technology & Data: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to analyze metrics and improve efficiency.
- Brand & Sourcing: Develop employer branding and manage external partnerships with job boards and agencies.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Internal Recruiter, or Recruitment Manager for UK Hiring
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Education: A degree in HR, business, or a related field is often preferred.
- Flexible with UK working hours
- Onsite hiring experience for UK is required
- Applicants who have lived and worked in UK are preferred.

Recruitment Managers are typically measured on:
- Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Quality of hire.
- Candidate experience scores.
- Diversity and inclusion metrics.
