Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using industrial robots (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa) Identify opportunities for process simplification, optimization, and cycle-time reduction through assembly process automation Design and develop custom SPMs for assembly, machining, testing, material handling, or inspection applications. Create detailed mechanical, electrical, and control system designs, including 3D models, BOMs, and schematics. Supervise fabrication, assembly, and commissioning of SPMs in coordination with vendors and internal teams. Integrate PLCs, servo systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors into machine designs.
