We are looking for an Export Logistics, Operations & Documentation Executive to support the efficient execution of international shipments and ensure full compliance with export regulations and trade requirements.This role plays a key part in coordinating end-to-end export activities, ensuring accuracy of documentation, and maintaining alignment between commercial, logistics, and operational teams.Key responsibilities include:- Planning and coordinating export shipments across sea and air freight- Managing end-to-end logistics operations from origin to destination- Preparing and reviewing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin- Ensuring compliance with Indian export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements- Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers- Managing documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC), where applicable- Tracking shipments and proactively resolving operational issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs clearance challenges- Collaborating with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution- Monitoring logistics costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays- Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and ensuring audit-ready documentationThe ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in export logistics and documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.This role contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and ensuring reliable delivery performance across international markets.#Logistics #Export #SupplyChain #InternationalTrade #DGFT #FreightForwarding #Operations #ImportExport #TradeCompliance #ERP #Shipping #CommercialOperations
