This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations and exceptional support for both external merchants and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Merchant SuccessProvide advanced technical support via email, ticketing systems, and SlackTroubleshoot complex payment processing and integration issuesSupport merchant meetings alongside Sales to address technical requirementsCollaborate with banks and payment gateways to resolve transaction issuesDeliver clear, actionable solutions for API integrations and operational challengesInternal CollaborationAct as the technical advisor for Sales, Engineering, Product, and OperationsEscalate and coordinate systemic issues with EngineeringDocument solutions and contribute to internal knowledge basesOperations & MonitoringInvestigate payment issues using SQL queries and log analysisMonitor system performance and proactively identify risksDebug API integrations and guide merchants during implementationParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation scheduleKnowledge SharingCreate technical documentation and troubleshooting guidesTrain team members on support processes and payment operationsShare insights with Product & Engineering to enhance platform performanceRequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of payment processing, card networks, payouts, and digital paymentsProficiency in SQL for transaction analysis and troubleshootingExperience with API integrations (REST, webhooks)Debugging and log analysis experienceProfessional SkillsExcellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility
