Responsibilities & Essential Functions Build and maintain copilots in Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, actions). Design conversation flows, prompts, fallbacks, and escalation paths aligned to responsible AI practices. Configure and validate knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, websites) and ensure appropriate permissions. Integrate copilots with Power Automate flows and approved connectors; create actions that follow governance/DLP policies. Publish copilots to approved channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and support UAT and production releases. Test and troubleshoot copilots end-to-end (functional, regression, and basic security validation). Monitor analytics and feedback; tune topics, prompts, and knowledge sources for quality and containment. Document solution design, integrations, and support runbooks. Collaborate with stakeholders, platform admins, and security partners. Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures. Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements. Meet or exceed all performance expectations. Required Job Skills & Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2–4 years of experience building chatbots/copilots and/or Power Platform solutions.
