- Good knowledge of lens materials, optical measurements and eye testing
- Good communication in Hindi as well as English
- Escalation handling
- Team leader of calling executives in KMT (knowledge Management team)
- Reporting to Head of department
- Handling the technical and critical issues calls
- Address correct information with stores
- Root cause analysis of technical and critical issues
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Identifying the increased issues and suggest a solve for it
