Job Title: Engineer – R&D; Department: Research & Development – Electronics & Systems Location: Vapi, Gujarat Reports To: Manager / Senior Manager – R&D; Job Purpose: To design, develop, and validate electronic and electrical systems for medical devices and advanced equipment by working across hardware, embedded systems, and system integration, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Design & Development - Design and develop electronic and electrical systems/products from concept to validation. - Work on circuit design, component selection, and system architecture. - Develop and review schematics, circuit diagrams, and PCB layouts. - Ensure design optimization for performance, reliability, and manufacturability. 2. Hardware Development & Integration - Develop and test analog and digital hardware circuits. - Collaborate on embedded firmware development and system integration. - Work with microcontrollers, sensors, and control systems. - Support PCB design and prototype development. 3. Prototyping, Testing & Validation - Build and validate prototypes for functional and performance testing. - Perform debugging and troubleshooting of hardware and system-level issues. - Use testing tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer. - Conduct verification and validation (V&V;) as per design requirements. 4. Documentation & Design Control - Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and specifications. - Maintain records in line with design control and regulatory requirements. - Support change management and design reviews. 5.
