Financial Planning & AnalystKey responsibilities:- Own daily/weekly/monthly MIS and leadership reporting- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Build financial models and business performance dashboards- Partner with commercial teams on profitability and margin improvement- Lead unit economics and deal-level P&L; analysis- Support strategic initiatives including expansion planning and business reviews- Drive reporting automation through Zoho Finance & Zoho Analytics- Ensure strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline- Mentor and manage FP&A; Analyst deliverablesWhat we’re looking for:- CA / MBA Finance- 4–7 years' experience in FP&A;, business finance, or commercial finance- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments- Ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights- Zoho Finance/Zoho Analytics experience is a robust plus
