The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in AEM and Java , coupled with proven expertise in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and project planning . \n Key Responsibilities \n Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AEM projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders Provide technical guidance on AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM, Java, and web development Manage client communication, status reporting, and escalation handling Mentor and guide team members to achieve high performance \n Required Skills & Experience \n 10+ years of IT experience with robust exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solid hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and web technologies Proven experience in delivery management / project management roles Robust understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Workflows, and OSGi framework Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills \n Valuable to Have \n AEM certifications Experience with cloud deployments (Adobe Cloud / AWS / Azure) Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines \n If this aligns with your experience, feel free to apply or reach out directly!
