Hospital Operations Management\n- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital- Coordinate between departments (clinical, nursing, finance, HR)- Ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery2. Staff Management\n- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff- Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations- Maintain discipline and workplace policies3. Regulatory & Compliance\n- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and accreditation bodies (e.g., NABH in India)- Maintain proper documentation and records- Implement hospital policies and procedures4.
