Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic systems to build next-generation intelligent applications. This role involves designing chatbots, copilots, and autonomous AI agents using LLMs like GPT and Claude, combined with RAG pipelines and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
You will be responsible for developing scalable, production-grade AI systems that can reason, act, and interact with users and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and conversational assistants for enterprise use cases
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-grounded responses
- Implement orchestration workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for agent-based architectures
- Integrate chatbots with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, databases, APIs)
- Design multi-agent systems with task delegation, memory, and tool execution capabilities
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Optimize prompts, memory, and context handling for conversational accuracy and efficiency
- Implement conversation flows, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms
- Ensure responsible AI practices including security, privacy, and hallucination mitigation
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building chatbots or conversational AI systems using LLMs (GPT, Claude)
- Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows
- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph for building agents and workflows
- Solid experience with RAG architectures , embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience in prompt engineering, context management, and conversation design
- Knowledge of tool integration for agents (APIs, databases, external services)
- Experience building REST APIs and scalable microservices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing multi-agent ecosystems and agent orchestration
- Exposure to chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Botpress, Rasa, or custom LLM-based bots)
- Experience with memory systems (short-term, long-term, vector-based memory)
- Knowledge of LLMOps / MLOps including monitoring, evaluation, and prompt/version management
- Experience building voice-enabled bots or omnichannel conversational systems
- Exposure to human-in-the-loop systems and feedback learning loops
