Role Summary:To support the implementation of Vedita Ventures’ Fractional HR model for client organizations by executing foundational HR processes—hiring, onboarding, culture, and performance support.The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and relationship-building skills to translate people challenges into structured HR solutions.KRA: Task / Activities:- Assist in HR audits and baseline assessments for clients.- Support setup of HR systems: hiring trackers, onboarding templates, policy drafts, and dashboards.- Manage recruitment coordination and initial screening under the BARE Fit framework.- Facilitate engagement and feedback surveys.- Maintain client communication logs, trackers, and reports.- Prepare and circulate MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).- Research HR best practices and prepare client recommendations.- Coordinate with external vendors (recruitment, compliance, etc.) as needed.KPI: Performance Metrics:- On-time delivery of assigned client tasks (≥ 95%).- Documentation accuracy and presentation quality (≥ 90%).- Recruiter support metrics: closure rate, screening quality.- Engagement activity completion & feedback turnaround.- Client feedback rating (≥ 8/10).- Learning completion: 1 module/month.Required Skills- Solid communication and coordination skills (written & verbal).- Working knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and Excel/Google Sheets.- Good presentation & report preparation ability.- Time management & multitasking skills.Preferred skills- Exposure to HR generalist or consulting work.- Experience with HR tools (Zoho People, Manatal, ATS).- Basic understanding of engagement surveys and performance frameworks.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:- Cell phone reimbursementWork Location: In person
