We are looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator to manage post-sale operations, including customer communication, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking.This role is critical in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order confirmation to final delivery.Key Responsibilities Customer Support- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and SMS- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines- Resolve customer concerns related to delays, damages, or delivery issues- Maintain professional communication with US customersShipping & Logistics Coordination- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and freight companies- Arrange shipping for engines and transmissions- Share tracking details and delivery updates with customers- Ensure proper documentation (BOL, invoices, etc.)Order Management- Track orders from dispatch to delivery- Follow up on pending shipments and delays- Coordinate for re-dispatch in case of issues- Maintain records in CRMInternal Coordination- Work closely with sales team, sourcing team, and vendors- Ensure accurate order details before dispatch- Escalate urgent cases proactivelyRequirements Mandatory:- Minimum 2–3 years experience in customer support (US process preferred)- Robust English communication skills (spoken & written)- Experience handling calls + emails professionally- Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes- Comfortable working in US shiftPreferred:- Experience in auto parts industry (engines/transmissions)- Familiarity with freight/logistics coordination- Experience with CRM tools and tracking systemsCompensation- Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus- Growth opportunities based on performanceJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:- International voice process: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
