Position: Process Trainer\nLevel: Executive / Senior Executive\nAbout the Job\nWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and communication abilities to provide outstanding customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in training delivery, employee development, and performance coaching.\nIf you have a passion for training and mentoring, along with expertise in Life Insurance, Term, and Investment Insurance, we would love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities:-\n- Identify training needs across different levels and conduct refresher training sessions to improve employee productivity.- Coordinate training schedules, set up sessions, create training materials, and manage follow-up activities.- Train new employees on product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems.- Deliver comprehensive product training, including sales techniques, soft skills, and objection handling, to\nAssociate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Sales Managers.\n- Assist in the delivery and execution of ongoing training programs.- Evaluate trainees progress and report training outcomes.- Review trainees' performance and maintain participant score sheets.- Provide timely and constructive feedback and counseling to trainees.- Arrange follow-up training sessions based on performance evaluations.- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant lists, feedback, and follow-up actions.\nISMS Responsibilities:\n- Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives;- Actively participate in ISMS exercises;- Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives;- Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;- Protect secrecy of passwords; and- Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.\nDesired Skills:\n- Expertise in employee development to support employees in meeting performance targets through hiring, coaching, and mentoring.- Strong experience in sales/service training.- Ability to monitor and calibrate employee performance against set targets through coaching and evaluation.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve performance-related issues.- Capability to handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.- Proficiency in escalating unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant internal departments.- Excellent command of English with demonstrated fluency in both written and verbal communication.\nWhat do we offer?\n- Opportunity to earn good incentives- Endless growth opportunity- GMC Group Medical Coverage- Group Personal Accident Insurance- Gratuity- Wellness Programs- Give back to society through CSR- Continuous talent enhancement program- Childcare facility- Tax Saving flexi benefits\nWe Are an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt our company, we firmly believe in upholding the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
