Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Referral Marketing Executive/Manager at Apollo Hospitals. The responsibilities include developing and executing referral marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining relationships with referral partners, and ensuring effective communication to promote Apollo Hospitals’ services. The role also involves creating innovative referral programs aimed at supporting business growth and meeting revenue targets. Qualifications Solid skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities Proven proficiency in Communication, with the ability to maintain and enhance relationships with referral partners Experience in Sales and Marketing, and understanding strategies to drive revenue growth Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus Prior experience in healthcare or referral marketing will be an advantage
