Responsible for genuine and honest career counselling by: - Helping students choose courses that will help them get into their chosen careers after graduation/post-graduations. - Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions. - Assist in the application process, admission, and post-application process. - Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources Primary Responsibilities: - Always uphold and protect the Shoolini University values and brand. - Manage the complete process from lead enquiry to application to admission. - Work as a team member and deliver admissions targets as assigned. - Ensuring the SOPs for admissions are implemented and followed. - Frequent review of the admissions process/ learnings and sharing. recommendations with the leadership team for improvements. Processes: - Effective use of the tools/applications assigned to track all stages of student’s admissions from enquiries to application and admission, accurately and in a timely manner. - Follow up all actions from visits in a timely manner ensuring that a high quality of student care is maintained, encouraging personal contact through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations rather than relying on emails alone. - Ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to entry for all students liaising with all relevant parties to ensure that all areas needed for successful admissions are completed. - Always observe the confidentiality of information Timings: - Monday to Saturday – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Expected remuneration: - Graduates/ post-graduates with experience of up to two years – 18,000-21,000 per month based on competency and communication skills + incentive (incentive can be anywhere between 30k-75k at the end of the season around Dec 2021).
