Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies. Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles in pursuit of a goal. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis. Should be able to create proposals in respect of technical aspect, timeframe, costing and other details as per the requirement of clients. Possess an understanding of managing leads, take regular follow-ups and set up meetings. Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), having knowledge of the latest Technologies used in mobile app & web development. To build productive relationships by maintaining a good communication stream, for all the queries and requirements posted by clients. Experience in consistently working towards achieving organizational goals through identification & penetration of new markets for increasing revenue. Would also be responsible for getting business through different channels such as Elance, Odesk, Email Marketing for IT services.Selection Criteria: Critical thinker who can evaluate key sales targets Ability to research and collate data in pursuit of qualified new business leads. Must be energetic, ambitious, and hard working. Impeccable collaboration and communication skills Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience.
