Job Title / Designation - Manager � Business Development Job Description: Key Responsibility Areas: Customer Relationship Management � Developing and nurturing harmonious relationship with both new and existing clients. Develop active relationship with assigned clients Network amongst local developers, tenants and keep abreast of latest developments in real estate and other industries and tap potential clientele Follow-up on enquiries Achieving Functional and Revenue Target in terms of meeting the clients, making presentations, collecting information about their expansion plan, reporting to the respective seniors. Pre- inspect and Initiate client�s inspections of proposed properties in consultation with the client and the property owner. Assist the client in short-listing of properties and provide additional information about the short-listed properties. Initiate and participate in negotiation meetings between the client and the owners of short-listed properties, send Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to all the concerned persons. Assist the client and the property owner in finalizing the draft Letter of Intent based on the commercial lease terms agreed, co-ordinate for smooth legal due diligence, assist in finalizing the draft Lease Agreement and Lease Registration. Raise necessary Invoice in accordance with the fees agreed and ensure that the payments are collected in time. Reporting on regular basis. Key Functions & Roles : Business Development and Revenue Generation through Real Estate Transaction services. Specific Skill Set : Customer-centric, service oriented, Front-line and healthy hunger for growth and money. Commercial acumen, experience of managing relationships Excellent leadership skills. Strong Marketing & Networking skills , Excellent communication skills, Computer literate (Basic word, excel, power point). Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2 years upwards. Annual CTC : Fixed Compensation of around Rs.3.6 Lakhs per annum and attractive variable as per company�s incentive policy. Location(s) of Job - Bangalore, Chennai Minimum Education Requirements - Graduate. Management degree preferable. No of rounds of Interview � 3 rounds. Work Timings - Office timings: 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. Half day on Saturday; Sunday- Weekly off. Travel & Allowance � As per company policy. Languages - English, Hindi and Local Language Relocation & Reimbursement: Need-based. Any other skill set : As required for the job.
