As we scale our offline presence and retail network, building strong on-ground teams is critical to our growth.\nYour Mission\nYou will own high-volume, high-speed hiring for offline/store, operations & field roles. Your job is to ensure Traya always has the right people on the ground, at the right time, at the right quality.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n- Own bulk and lateral hiring for offline/store, field, and operations roles- Handle hiring for roles like store staff, advisors, ops executives, regional roles, etc.- Drive high-volume sourcing via Naukri, local databases, referrals, agencies, and walk-ins- Screen candidates for attitude, communication, stability, and role fit- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling at scale, and drive quick closures- Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining management- Do strong post-offer follow-ups to reduce dropouts and no-shows- Maintain daily hiring trackers, pipeline numbers, and joining dashboards- Work closely with business & ops teams to plan and execute ramp-ups\nYou’re a Great Fit If\n- You have 2–5 years of experience in bulk / field / retail / frontline hiring- You’ve managed high-volume hiring with tight timelines- You are strong at coordination, follow-ups, and execution- You are comfortable working with targets, numbers, and closures- You thrive in quick-paced, execution-heavy environments
